Service Technician Scholarship Program
The Johnson Tractor Service Technician Scholarship Program supports students enrolled in an approved technical program that prepares them for a career with our team. Scholarships are awarded based on a combination of factors, including scholastic ability, community involvement, and extracurricular activities.
Program Benefits
Up to $8,000 in scholarship awards – Receive $2,000 per full student term (up to four terms) to help cover tuition or program-specific materials.
Professional-grade CNH tool set – Tools are provided during employment. If the applicant completes three years of full-time employment, they may keep the tools at no cost.
Paid part-time employment – Work while attending school with additional hours available during breaks and summer.
Company-provided uniforms – Use them both at work and school.
