About Us
At Johnson Tractor, we take family owned and operated to the next level. Johnson Tractor was born in 1980 in Darien, WI. The business was formed when Ray Johnson and his son, Leo bought the former Clinton Implement from partner Bruce Lucas. Today, Ray’s two sons, Leo and Eric own and operate 9 Case IH dealerships in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois with 200 employees covering 40 counties including some of the best soils in the Midwest. Patrick Johnson, Leo Johnson's son and Kathryn Hesebeck, Eric Johnson's daughter have joined the team as the next generation of the Johnson Tractor executive team. In total, Johnson Tractor has over 20 employees that are related in one way or another - it is truly a family business!
