We’re looking for a Service Manager at our new Columbus location—someone who is passionate about leading a team, solving problems, and keeping our service department running smoothly. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

Customer & Team Leadership:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns—both in-person and over the phone

  • Address and resolve service-related complaints

  • Motivate and provide performance feedback to service team members

  • Manage technician schedules and assign repair/setup work based on priority

 

Service Operations Management:

  • Oversee service and shop vehicle maintenance (including forklifts)

  • Coordinate service workflow with parts and sales departments

  • Track and administer vendor-sponsored product improvement programs (PIPs)

Work Order Oversight:

  • Create, process, and audit work orders for accuracy and completeness

  • Ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely service for all customers

  • Monitor department productivity and implement process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment and mechanical systems is a plus

  • Experience coordinating multiple departments and workflows

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Location: Columbus, WI
