Johnson Tractor is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Semi-Truck Driver/Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for safely transporting new and used equipment—including agricultural, compact construction, and outdoor power equipment—while supporting equipment setup, preventative maintenance, and dealership operations.

What You’ll Do:

Transport new and used equipment to customers, dealership locations, and manufacturer facilities.

Deliver sold equipment and provide customers with a professional delivery experience.

Safely load, secure, transport, and unload equipment.

Perform equipment setup and pre-delivery preparation.

Complete preventative maintenance on equipment as assigned.

Inspect and maintain assigned trucks and trailers.

Maintain accurate transportation and inspection records.

Participate in manufacturer training and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Clean, insurable driving record

Ability to meet all DOT requirements

Strong commitment to safety

Basic mechanical aptitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred:

Experience transporting agricultural or heavy equipment
-
Agricultural equipment operating experience
-
Previous dealership or equipment industry experience
What to Expect:

Combination of highway driving, dealership locations, customer farms, and outdoor work environments

Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturday mornings

Occasional overnight travel based on delivery schedules

Hands-on position working with agricultural equipment in varying weather conditions
