What You’ll Do:

Customer Support:

• Help customers in-store and over the phone identify parts based on descriptions of issues

• Suggest alternative solutions when parts aren’t available

• Recommend related products and preventative service parts

• Provide information about features and benefits of parts sold by the dealership

Parts Management:

• Use manufacturer software to locate parts, stock numbers, and pricing

• Accurately fill customer orders and receive shipments

• Stock parts with proper labeling and assist with inventory counts

Sales & Transactions:

• Process payments and prepare accurate sales receipts

• Handle returns and inspect parts for defects

Merchandising & Delivery:

• Maintain clean, professional merchandising displays

• Pick up and deliver parts as needed

Ongoing Training & Knowledge:

• Stay up-to-date on parts and systems through bulletins, catalogs, and training opportunities​
