Johnson Tractor is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across multiple dealership locations in our Central Region. This leadership role partners closely with Store Managers, sales teams, and executive leadership to execute sales strategies, support team development, manage OEM programs, and grow market share.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and support regional sales communication, performance tracking, and pipeline visibility

Coach and develop sales teams through regular engagement and store visits

Partner with Store Managers on territory coverage, sales execution, and accountability

Oversee CRM accuracy, lead management, and quoting activity
-
Manage OEM programs, settlements, authorizations, and deal structure

Monitor sales performance, inventory alignment, equipment receivables, and market share

Support rental operations and multi-store inventory strategies

Maintain strong knowledge of equipment leasing and financing options and coach sales teams on effective, compliant customer conversations
What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales leadership experience (agricultural or heavy equipment industry preferred)

Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work across departments and locations

Ability to take initiative, lead change, and motivate teams beyond a checklist-driven approach

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and OEM programs

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the region
