Johnson Tractor Inc. is accepting applications for a Service Technician – Set-up, at our Arcadia, WI location. The Service Technician – Set-up position is primarily responsible for pre-delivery set-up work of agriculture and lawn/garden equipment and implements. Other responsibilities include diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. Applicants for this position must possess excellent mechanical aptitude, strong decision making, problem-solving skills, have safe work habits, a high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in agriculture is preferred.

Primary Job Duties:
· Complete pre-delivery set-up work of agriculture and lawn/garden equipment and implements.
· Perform diagnostics and repairs of agriculture and lawn/garden equipment and implements.
· Identify additional service needs the customer may have during the set-up or repair process and make appropriate suggestions to the customer.
· Complete required documentation and accurately track time for work performed to assist in accurate customer and warranty billing.
· Maintain equipment knowledge through training opportunities offered by the company.
· Abide by all safety guidelines.
· Represent the service department, store, and company in a professional manner.
