This role will work closely with customers to help understanding equipment needs and discover sales opportunities, and analyze and solve customer problems. The perfect candidate will maintain current product knowledge of equipment, be able to conduct equipment field demonstrations and promote the value and services of the parts and service departments. As a sales person at Johnson Tractor, this individual will work closely with all departments in the dealership, must be able to self-motivate and work independently.
Responsibilities include:
Market and sell new and used ag equipment to farming operations
Identify and follow up with relevant prospects
Knowledge of agriculture and outdoor power equipment
